Beat-Machine is a powerful vintage beat box emulation available for iOS. It provides users with a simple X0X sequencer and a flexible sample player, accompanied by high-quality FX and comprehensive support for iOS audio and MIDI technologies.

This app perfectly captures the simplicity and power of early digital samplers that pushed the boundaries of creativity in hip hop during its early days, offering an effortless way to incorporate old school beats into your iOS productions.

<li>Simple X0X sequencer: Easily draw beats by dragging your finger across the grid. Each step can have adjustable parameters for pitch and velocity, allowing manual editing or playing using the 16 Levels feature.</li>
<li>Support for multiple time signatures: Create rhythms in 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/8, and 7/8 time signatures, allowing you to experiment with both traditional pop and unconventional beats.</li>
<li>Tap tempo</li>
<li>Up to 99 measures per pattern with a measure seek control</li>
<li>Measure copy</li>
<li>Song mode: Seamlessly string together saved patterns on a timeline to create complete songs. You can also mix patterns with different time signatures within a song.</li>
<li>Inter App Audio tempo sync / timeline integration: Synchronize Beat-Machine's sequencer with the sequencer of IAA host apps.</li>
<li>Ableton Link integration</li>
<li>Groove algorithm: Emulates the subtle timing variations found in vintage beat boxes, adding an authentic touch to your beats.</li>
<li>Classic Swing algorithm</li>
<li>Comes with pre-loaded patterns and samples that resemble vintage drum machines and samplers. You can also import your own samples to further customize your sound.</li>
<li>Advanced sample player: Each pad offers non-destructive trim, reverse, ADSR, resonant filter, sample rate decimator, bit crusher, and interpolation features.</li>
<li>Samples are streamed from disk to conserve RAM usage.</li>
<li>Load .wav samples of any sample rate, with support for 16 and 24-bit formats.</li>
<li>Sample rate agnostic: Samples always play at the correct speed, regardless of the session's sample rate or the sample's original rate.</li>
<li>Vintage sound options: Emulate vintage samplers by disabling sound interpolation and applying sample rate decimation for added crunch.</li>
<li>Analog style ADSR: Works as a transient designer or compressor, allowing you to add a percussive punch to any sample.</li>
<li>Variable sample playback speed</li>
<li>Audiobus 2 support</li>
<li>Mute Matrix: Programmable pads that can mute other pads.</li>
<li>Global sample rate control</li>
<li>Full mixer with volume, pan, mute, solo, delay send, and reverb send controls</li>
<li>Extra smooth concert hall reverb algorithm inspired by the classic Lexicon 224 preset</li>
<li>Digital Delay with feedback filter</li>
<li>Built-in 808 synth for thuggin' beats</li>
<li>Time / Pitch / Vinyl manipulation: Change the duration or pitch of an audio sample while maintaining its original quality. The timestretching algorithms replicate the classic techniques found in MPCs and other vintage samplers used to create iconic hip hop beats. The vinyl record emulator adds adjustable crackle effects to your audio samples.</li>
<li>Comprehensive MIDI support: MIDI IN / MIDI OUT / Virtual MIDI / Clock Sync supported through Core MIDI accessories and Inter App Audio.</li>

Please note that optimal performance is achieved with at least an iPad 3 / iPhone 5, especially when using 24-bit samples and triggering the synth alongside other audio apps.
